Terms of Service
These terms govern access to The Liquid Audit and other proprietary software products developed and owned by Omnari Group.
1. Ownership of Products and Intellectual Property
Omnari Group owns The Liquid Audit, Apply Flow, and all related Omnari intellectual property, including software code, workflows, interface designs, documentation, trade names, branding, and supporting materials. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to users, venues, or third parties.
2. Limited License
If Omnari Group grants access to any Omnari Group software product, including The Liquid Audit, that access is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for approved internal business purposes only. The license is subject to these terms and any separate written agreement.
3. Restricted Conduct
You must not copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from The Liquid Audit, Apply Flow, or any Omnari Group software unless Omnari Group has given prior written permission.
4. Third-Party Venue Use
Use of The Liquid Audit by hospitality venues or other third parties does not create partnership, ownership, joint venture, or affiliation rights unless Omnari Group explicitly states otherwise in writing. The same principle applies to other Omnari Group software products.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Liquid Audit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Omnari Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the software.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the use of The Liquid Audit will be subject to the courts of Western Australia unless Omnari Group agrees otherwise in writing.
